Dolly Singh launched Thesis Couture with the mission to empower the lifestyles of ambitious women through innovation and intelligent design. Thesis Couture was founded to disrupt the fashion footwear market by bringing together a cross-disciplinary team of technologists and experts from fashion, architecture, human factors, and engineering to reinvent the iconic stiletto.
Formerly, Dolly was Managing Director of Global Talent at Citadel where she championed the first rebrand in the firm’s 25 year history and helped rearchitect talent and people processes. Prior to Citadel, Dolly was the Global Head of Talent at Oculus VR, a groundbreaking gaming and virtual reality technology company acquired by Facebook less than two years from founding. She helped build a best in class team and talent practices to support the development and launch of the revolutionary Oculus Rift. Before Oculus, she was the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at SpaceX, where she was responsible for talent across all engineering, operations, and business teams, working to grow the company from 200 to 4000+ in 5 years. SpaceX today is one of the world’s most valuable private companies. Prior to SpaceX, she was the owner and managing principal at a boutique consulting firm with Fortune 100 clients in the aerospace, defense, and biotechnology sectors. Her experience spans human capital, culture, and innovation. Dolly is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles.
